I am glad to personally inform you about our organization, WBF-Turkey`s next annual international championship in Istanbul, 2012 International Istanbul Open Backgammon Championship, which will be the first step for Worldwide Backgammon Federation`s Golden Circuit in 2012. ABA 3. Backgammon-Qualifikationsturnier, rezultati

Er kam, sah und siegte!

Nach über einjähriger Backgammonpause trat Franz Noll gestärkt und motiviert wieder bei einem ABA-Turnier an um sich mit den stärksten in der Szene zu messen. Das Ergebnis war niederschmetternd - und zwar für die stärksten der Szene. Souverän fuhr er Sieg um Sieg ein und ließ sich weder im Halbfinale von Christa Groll, noch im Finale von Mario Lazzer stoppen.

Auch in der Consolution ging es spannend und heiß zu. Der amtierende Staatsmeister Steffi Parlow musste sich dennoch, nach packender Aufholjagd, im Finale der groß aufspielenden Anita Schlosser geschlagen geben.

Tommy Köb befreit sich langsam, aber stetig aus seinem Tief. Den Erfolg seines komplexen und höchst sensiblem Spielstils spürte im Finale der Last Chance auch Alex Reichel eindrucksvoll.

Auch diesmal kamen wieder internationale Gäste und durften die Stärke der österreichischen Backgammonszene am eigenen Leibe spüren. Beim gemütlichen Beisammensein fanden wieder einige nette Chouetten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden statt.

Wir gratulieren den Gewinnern recht herzlich, bedanken uns bei allen Teilnehmern und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen, spätestens am 26. November, wenn es wieder heisst: "...lasset die Würfel rollen"

8. klupski turnir u Zagrebu, Medačka 18, najava

U četvrtak 10.11.2011. u 19:00 u prostorijama Backgammon Tavla kluba Zagreb održat će se osmi po redu klupski turnir u 2011. godini.

Format turnira je 5 kola do 5 osvojenih bodova u slučaju prijave manje od 16 igrača. Ako se prijavi više od 16 igrača, igrat će single elimination s mečevima do 9 osvojenih bodova i utješni turnir za igrače koji ispadnu u 1. i 2. kolu, s mečevima do 5 osvojenih bodova. 
 

Kotizacija za turnir je 100kn, a 1. nagrada je backgammon ploča turnirskih dimenzija rad Hasana Lonića iz Bihaća. Nagrade za 2. i 3. mjesto dodjeljuje tvrtka Nobel.

U Kulturnom centru "Umraniye" u Fojnici održan je Bajramski turnir na kojem je učestvovalo 25 igrača. Pobjedio je Mirza Traljo iz Fojnice.
